Hamburger former with mould up to 100 mm diameter and 30 mm thick. Equipped with speed variator, safety micro in the lid and in the metering plate. Approximate production: 1,800 hamburgers or 3,600 meatballs per hour.
Automatic hamburger forming machine. Hamburgers can be round 108 mm or oval 122 x 90 mm. Can be connected to any filler (outside diameter output 30 mm). Lays cellophane automatically on both sides and cuts it to the shape of the hamburger.
Automatic battering and breading machine. Inverter for discharging bread. Blower for excess liquid. Pieces drop into the belt or go down ramp to remove excess bread. Support for trays at exit. Can be fully dismantled for easy cleaning.
